3. Booking Terms
a) Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
b) You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when booking.
c) Payment terms, cancellation policies, check-in/check-out times and other booking rules will be provided at or before booking and are incorporated herein by reference.
d) You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account or booking.
e) We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion (for example if you violate these Terms or we cannot meet service standards).
4. User Conduct
When using the Site or staying with us, you agree:
- To comply with all applicable laws, regulations and our property rules
- Not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, disruptive or damages the property, other guests, or our business
- To respect other guests, staff, property and amenities
- If you cause damage to our property, you may be held liable for repair or replacement costs

d) Our total liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking or $100, whichever is lesser.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, liability, loss, damage or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the U.S. Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the U.S. Virgin Islands for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

These Terms, together with any booking confirmation and related policies (such as cancellation policy, property rules, guest agreement), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
